ArcGIS play tool specialist GIS-pax has announced a new business partnership with exploration decision support leader GeoKnowledge that will facilitate integrated map-based assessment of plays and play fairways. The solution will streamline the linking of regional play fairway maps for the quantification of yet-to-find potential in part-plays and designated areas of interest. GIS-pax will develop and maintain links to GeoKnowledge’s GeoX ArcGIS plug-in. GeoKnowledge will further enhance the plug-in to broaden the scope of the map-based assessment applications that are supported.
