Maintenance and Technical Support

Maintenance and Technical Support services are provided as part of your contract when you purchase software from GeoKnowledge. The services ensure that you obtain maximum benefit from your investment in GeoX and guarantees that technical users have access to our support resources.

Provided that your company is current on its maintenance payments on a GeoX tool, you are entitled to the following services for that product:
  • Technical support via e-mail, phone and electronic meetings. Our experienced support personnel respond to questions and help you troubleshoot GeoX technical issues.   Contact us by phone or via email to support@geoknowledge.com.
  • Software upgrades. GeoKnowledge releases regularly new versions of GeoX that contain significant functional refinements and enhancements to the licensed tools and options.  Contact http://support.geoknowledge.com.
  • Access to the GeoX support site for technical support documents. These include installation instructions, guides to using GeoX solutions, troubleshooting information, issues and resolutions, and more.  Contact http://support.geoknowledge.com.
