GeoKnowledge is seeking a staff geoscientist/petroleum engineer to join our support and training team in Oslo. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working together with colleagues in Oslo. Houston and Perth. The right candidate will get extensive training and coaching to become an expert on GeoX, the industry standard solution for doing Risk, Resource and Value Assessment of exploration and exploitation projects.

Key Responisbilities
- Technical and sales support for GeoX customers
- Training clients in exploration methodology and effective use of Geoknowledge solutions for Assessing Risk , Resource and Value
- Assessment of exploration and exploitation projects
- Testing of new software and securing quality in our solutions
Experience/Skills Preferred
- Solid experience in exploration assessment from an oil and gas company
- Strong presentation, communication and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written English
- Motivated and results-oriented
- Disciplined and can work independently, while also an excellent team player
- Experience in delivering training is an advantage
Note: Recent graduates with outstanding merits will also be considered
Education
Master`s Degree (M.S) from university. Degree`s in any of the following would be advantageous: Geology, Geophysics, Reservoir Engineering or Petroleum Engineering.
